1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AllianceMetric's APIs, dashboard, mobile application, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

AllianceMetric provides outcome measurement APIs and tools for behavioral health software, including the Outcome Rating Scale (ORS) and Session Rating Scale (SRS) administration, scoring, and analytics.

3. HIPAA and Healthcare Compliance

If you use the Services to process PHI, you must execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with AllianceMetric prior to exchanging PHI.

4. Intellectual Property

The ORS and SRS are used under license from Dr. Barry Duncan and the Heart and Soul of Change Project.
